This new route is ideal for those visiting the continent for the first time — safe, easygoing, and full of memorable experiences.

We’ll spend the entire trip in Cape Town — a city consistently ranked among the world’s best for quality of life. Our base will be a luxurious 4-star hotel, and each day we’ll set out to discover the surrounding landscapes and culture.

What’s ahead:

  • A journey to the Cape of Good Hope;
  • Safari with a chance to spot the “Big Five” — lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo;
  • Evening at a family-run wine estate with a drum show and a traditional African braai barbecue
  • Encounter with a wild penguin colony on the ocean shore;
  • Visit to an ostrich farm and lunch featuring dishes made from ostrich eggs;
  • Drive along the scenic Chapman's Peak Drive and a view of the iconic Muizenberg beach houses;
  • City walk and cable car ride to Table Mountain;
  • Sunset yacht cruise;
  • African art, souvenirs, and strolls along the waterfront.

For those who wish to go deeper into the spirit of the continent, we also offer 9-day and 12-day routes through Namibia — with wild landscapes, off-road travel, and the true soul of Africa.

ACCOMMODATION IN A LUXURIOUS 4* HOTEL

After full and eventful days, we’ll relax in double rooms at 4* Hotel with pool, gym, restaurant, and views of the ocean and mountains.

Single accommodation is available at an extra cost.

Arrival Relaxation by the Ocean

Participants arrive at different time (see “Place & Time of the group meeting” for details), so the first day is free. You can rest after your flight, stroll along the promenade, or spend the evening on the beach. If most of the group arrives during the day, we’ll gather for a seaside picnic.

First Glimpse of Cape Town

Our introduction to the city begins where mountains meet the sea and Victorian mansions stand beside Eastern quarters.

We’ll visit the Company’s Garden and Greenmarket Square — a historical marketplace from colonial times — and then stroll through the colorful Bo-Kaap district, famous for its rainbow-painted houses.

After lunch, we’ll take the funicular up Table Mountain for sweeping views of the city, bay, and Atlantic coastline.

Stellenbosch Wineries Dylan Lewis Sculpture Garden Sunset Yacht Cruise

We’ll travel to the Stellenbosch Valley, the heart of South African winemaking. Our first stop is the Dylan Lewis Sculpture Garden, where art and nature blend seamlessly — the sculptures seem to grow out of the surrounding hills.

Next, we will visit one of the region's historic wine estates, founded back in 1685. A cellar tour and a tasting of 4–6 local wine varieties await us (included in the price).

After lunch, we have a seasonal stop at a strawberry farm (from September to January), where you can pick and eat berries right from the bushes with no limits, and even take a small portion with you. During other times of the year, we will replace the farm visit with a stroll through the historic center of Stellenbosch, famous for its colonial architecture and cozy streets.

In the afternoon, we head back to Cape Town for a mini-cruise along the bay. Expect a stunning sunset, a glass of champagne, and a panoramic view of the evening city from the water.We will wrap up the day with dinner at one of Cape Town's restaurants.

Penguin Beach Ostrich Farm Cape of Good Hope

After breakfast, we’ll drive along Chapman’s Peak Drive, one of the most scenic coastal routes in the world.

Our first stop is a beach home to a colony of wild penguins. We’ll observe them from a safe distance — these charming creatures are not shy around people but can be quite spirited.

Next, we’ll visit an ostrich farm to see the full breeding process, from incubators to adult birds. You’ll have a chance to feed young ostriches and enjoy a lunch featuring ostrich meat and eggs right on the farm.

In the afternoon, we’ll reach the legendary Cape of Good Hope, where the cold waters of the Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet. We’ll walk along the cliffs, see the old lighthouse, and have a seaside picnic with a glass of wine and light snacks. Brave swimmers can take a dip — the water is brisk, but the experience is unforgettable.

African Safari

After an early breakfast, we’ll head to a private nature reserve for a safari. The drive will take a few hours, but the reward is the chance to see Africa’s legendary Big Five — lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, and buffaloes — along with zebras, giraffes, cheetahs, hippos, antelopes, and over 170 bird species.

The safari will last around 3 hours. After lunch in the reserve, we’ll return to Cape Town in the evening. You’ll have free time to dine on the waterfront or simply enjoy the city’s night lights.

Penguin Beach Interactive Drum Show Traditional Braai Dinner

In the morning after breakfast, we head to the coast to visit a beach home to a colony of wild penguins. We will watch them from a safe distance — while these charming coastal residents aren't afraid of people, they can be quite feisty.

Next, we will stop for lunch in a picturesque spot right on the grounds of a winery.

In the afternoon, we will dive deep into South African culture. We are visiting a family-run wine estate, where the owner will personally share the history of the place and host a tasting of their signature wines. Afterward, it’s time for the interactive part: a drum show. Everyone will get a djembe drum, and together with the musicians, we will create authentic African rhythms.

The day will conclude with an atmospheric braai — a traditional South African open-air barbecue. This is more than just dinner; it is an essential socializing ritual. Food, fire, deep conversations, music, and a warm, near-family atmosphere make it easy to feel like part of the close-knit group.

Free Day Farewell Picnic

This day has no fixed schedule. You can go hiking, surfing, diving, or fishing. Those seeking a thrill may take a helicopter flight for a bird’s-eye view of Cape Town (~$200).

For those who prefer a planned itinerary, an optional trip to a wildlife farm will be available (approx. $60). Here, you can get close to a cheetah, hold a meerkat, feed ostriches, and see predators — lions, hyenas, caracals, and servals — at close range.The wildlife farm visit depends on its internal schedule, so it may take place either in the morning or the afternoon. This means it can easily be combined with shorter activities, such as a helicopter flight or a visit to the aquarium.

Time and group interest permitting, we can arrange an afternoon picnic on one of Cape Town's beaches — offering ocean views and a relaxing wrap-up to the active part of our journey.

In the evening, we will gather for a farewell dinner at a restaurant. This is the final milestone of our itinerary, where we can unwind, share impressions, and look back on the trip in a warm, friendly atmosphere.

Note: Since this is a group tour, the food is the same for all participants. Unfortunately, we cannot prepare an individual meal for you. If you have an intolerance or allergy to any of the products, please notify the manager in advance. We will pass this information on to the guide or accommodations. However, we kindly ask you to follow up on this matter during the trip. If you have strict dietary restrictions, we recommend bringing suitable food with you or buy it on the spot.

South Africa uses Type M sockets, though some places also have European or American outlets.

Cape Town consistently ranks among the best cities in the world to live in.

Note:In case of bad weather (strong winds, storms, etc.) or other unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary or the order of visits may be adjusted.
