We’ll meet you in the evening at Kayseri airport and drive to the hotel in Göreme, the tourist center of Cappadocia. Then you'll have time to rest and prepare for our ultimate adventure.
Today we'll visit the Avcilar valley that occupies a small area just outside of Göreme. We’ll see the amazing rock formations where ancient churches and pigeon houses are hidden.
Soon we’ll go to the Uchisar castle that was the main point of defence for Cappadocia. It is carved inside a 70-meter rock, and we'll be able to climb up through the internal passages. We’ll adore the panoramic views of the region, which shows Mount Erciyes in the distance. Then we’ll return on foot to Göreme. After dinner, you can relax in the hammam (for an additional fee).
We’ll transfer to Nevsehir where Derinkuyu was discovered. It is one of the largest underground cities, housing 20,000 people. You will learn how such cities were built and defended. We will go through several floors and see some rooms and kitchens, a school and a church.
Then we’ll move to the small town of Avanos — the center of ceramic production and carpet weaving, known since Assyrian and Hittite times. We’ll visit the old center, the park and the pottery workshops to watch the work of the masters and buy souvenirs. Then we’ll return to Göreme. After dinner we’ll climb to the viewpoint and enjoy the night view.
We’ll go to explore Göreme. First, we’ll go to the Swords Valley named after the swords like fairy chimney formations. Then we’ll visit the Göreme Open Air Museum that was included in the World Heritage List by UNESCO. It’s a monastic complex composed of 10 churches, the Tokali Church and the cave monasteries of the 7th-12th centuries.
We’ll go back to Göreme through the Rose and Red valleys and adore the unique landscape for the end of the day.
An exciting start to your day in Cappadocia! We’ll get up early in the morning because the balloons ascend at sunrise. The balloon will drift silently through the valleys and over the famous fairy chimneys. The stunning colors of the rock formations will take your breath away. On landing, we’ll drink a champagne toast and get the flight certificates!
Then we’ll have enough time to walk to the Pasabag valley. It is one of the most popular fairy chimneys areas of Cappadocia. Then we’ll visit Chavusin and adore the view of the caves resembling a piece of cheese. Then we’ll return on foot to Göreme.
In the evening you’ll be able to watch the whirling dervish ceremony (for an additional fee).
Note: We do not include hot-air balloon flight in the price of the tour because we can't guarantee it. The flights are weather dependent and may be canceled.
Love Valley is a place of natural wonders. From Göreme to Love Valley it takes around 4 km by bike. The bike ride takes 3 hours. The fairy chimneys in the valley are among the must-see spots!
Then we’ll return to Göreme and have free time. You’ll be able to walk around the city on your own, buy the souvenirs or ride a horse or quad bike (for an additional fee).
In the evening you'll be transferred to the airport for the Nevsehir-Istanbul flight. Arriving in Istanbul, transfer to the hotel, time for rest.
You will need to get to Kayseri Airport on your own to get on a plane home.
After breakfast, we will go on a walking tour around Istanbul. The city is formerly known as Byzantium, Constantinople, New Rome and was the capital of great empires.
We’ll visit the Hippodrome Square, the Egyptian Obelisk, the Serpent Column, Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque — the largest Eastern Roman Church in Istanbul. Then we’ll visit the Blue Mosque, the Ibrahim Pasha Palace and the Archaeological Museum.
We will spend the evening at the Galataport embankment. We will walk along the cozy streets and return to the hotel.
In the morning we’ll visit the Topkapi Palace Museum complex that exhibits the imperial collections of the Ottoman Empire and maintains an extensive collection of weapons, jewelry. Then we’ll walk through the Harem with our guide.
Then we’ll visit the Sirkeci railway station, the eastern terminus of the world-famous Orient Express.
After lunch we’ll go to trip along the Bosphorus on a ship to the Rumeli Hisari Castle.
In the evening we’ll visit the Egyptian Bazaar for spices and sweets. Then you will have free time to take a walk.
In the morning we’ll check out and go to the Beyazit Square, where the first Sultan's palace was built. Then we’ll see the Suleymaniye Mosque. This is a symbol of Istanbul, it was built on the order of Sulayman the Magnificent. The tombs of Suleiman and his beloved wife Roksolana are situated next to the mosque.
Then we’ll go to the Golden Horn Bay and the Galata Bridge. We’ll see one more symbol of Istanbul - the Galata Tower, one of the highest towers that provides a 360 degree view of town. Those who wish can go up to the top (for an additional fee).
We’ll finish our trip on Istiklal Avenue, one of the most famous pedestrian streets, where you can see the historical Tunnel (one of the oldest metros in the world) and the Red Tram.
We'll get back to the hotel by 15:00. You will need to get to the airport on your own to get on a plane home.
Our guide will meet you in the evening at the Kayseri airport (ASR)/ Nevsehir airport (NAV) on the first day of the tour. A group transfer to the hotel will be organized for the flight arriving at 20:50 (included in the price).
If you arrive the day before or on other flights, we meet you at the hotel in Göreme on the first day in the afternoon. The exact address and name of the hotel will be sent additionally.
Note: if you arrive at another location, you should get the meeting place on your own by the appointed time. Unfortunately, we will not be able to pick you up from another hotel or stop along the way.
The program finishes around 15:00 on the last day of the tour. We recommend buying return tickets for flights after 19:00 from Istanbul airport. Transfer to the airport is not included in the price of the tour.
The 6-day program finishes at 15:00. We recommend buying tickets for flights after 18:00 from Kayseri or Nevsehir airport. Also you can stay overnight in a hotel in Göreme and fly back home the next day (for an additional fee).

In Göreme we stay for all 5 nights at the same hotel, without transfers and resettlement. In Istanbul we stay for 3 nights in a hotel in the city center.
Note: The price of the trip is based on double accommodation. If you are traveling alone, we will try to find a roommate for you from the tourists of our group, but we cannot guarantee this. Usually there is a roommate, but if there is not, you will need to pay extra for single accommodation.

The weather in Turkey in spring is usually sunny and warm. Average temperature: +18...+25 ºС during the day, +10...+15 ºС at night.
Rains are unlikely, but possible.
Our tour is for active tourists who can walk 10 to 16 km a day without any problems! The trip requires you to be in good physical condition. In Cappadocia, we will walk along trails and roads up to 16 km per day without backpacks. You can’t lag behind the group, it’s very easy to get lost, so please assess your physical capabilities!
Children are allowed to participate from the age of 8 and only if accompanied by their parents.

It is no longer required to present certificates of vaccination or testing for COVID-19 to enter Turkey.
We include it in the tour as an additional option, since we cannot guarantee it. Sometimes flights are closed for a few days due to wind or fog. In addition, we take into account that some of the tourists are afraid of heights or simply do not want to take risks.
Since this is a group tour, the food is the same for all participants. Unfortunately, we cannot prepare an individual meal for you. If you have an intolerance or allergy to any of the products, please notify the manager in advance. We will pass this information on to the guide or accommodations. However, we kindly ask you to follow up on this matter during the trip. If you have strict dietary restrictions, we recommend bringing suitable food with you or buy it on the spot.

Cappadocia is one of the most beautiful places on earth. Even if you have already visited many places, you’ll be amazed by the local landscapes. The main feature of Cappadocia is hot-air ballooning! If you are afraid of heights or simply don’t want to take risks, you can watch many dozens of balloons from a viewpoint! Cappadocia is also the most important center of Christianity in the early Middle Ages. A guide who knows Cappadocia inside out will tell you about the history of these places.
We will spend 3 days in Istanbul, see all the main sights and get acquainted with the cultural heritage of several empires: Roman, Byzantine, Ottoman. In the spring tours we will definitely visit the main locations of the Tulip Festival: Sultanahmet Square, Gulhane Park and Emirgan Park. In our autumn journey, we will have a Bosphorus cruise with breathtaking views of Istanbul from the water!
